Since it's 8th floor renovation, the food at NoMI has gotten increasingly better **BUT** I had expected that they would build some sort of partition in front of the restaurant so guests/residents using the Fitness Center & Spa don't have to walk past the restaurant in their gym gear and bath robes while diners look on! When notifying the front desk, they were not able to stop it it. We hope to welcome you again soon to improve on this stay!

Very clean common areas and the room was perfect...we are "hotel snubs" but the room was clean/fresh and well appointed! Best of all is the room was REALLY QUIET, and there was no noise from adjoining rooms or the hallway.LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our stay here. Taxes and fees that are shown are estimates only. They have a great fitness room, indoor 25meter pool, sauna and spa. A marble bathroom with large soaking tub, glass enclosed stone shower with two nozzles, remote control window screens... just a nice, luxurious good night's sleep. I checked in to the hotel on the mobile app, which I have learned is not the best idea as I always seem to get cheated out of a room upgrade as an Explorist. The room I stayed in didn't have much natural light but the furnishings were great and the soak tub was big enough for 3! Caveat: This review isn't for the hotel rooms (although I'm sure those are equally as lovely and impressive as that for which I now review this hotel). From the doorman, valet parking attendant, check-in & concierge...the entire Staff was helpful, friendly and would go out of there way to please... again, a wonderful experience and we will be back!
