The DU student section, the “Pio Pit,” sits behind the goal at Magness Arena’s north end. Magness Arena offers a wide variety of quality food and drink options at reasonable prices. it was a great venue, they even had some decent beers on tap.

It's a great value and great fun for all!My wife and my Dad joined me this past Sunday at Magness Arena to see the Colorado Avalanche scrimmage game. DU Hockey is worth the money, especially if they play a rival or some other ranked opponent.I attended my first DU Hockey game last night for "date night" and it was fantastic. Additionally, made-to-order street tacos, including hatch green chile, pico de gallo, cojita cheese, and black bean and corn salsa, are available for $9. It's clean and friendly and plenty of free things to win/earn.
The prices for the food is a bit overpriced...but you must get the Cinnamon Glazed Almonds by the Nutty Bavarian...MMMMMMM!!!
