The first thing I would like to note is that the beach and pier seemed to mostly have locals there and they were all so friendly while not even knowing we weren’t from around the area. It makes for a very friendly atmosphere and makes it not just a parking lot. It's easy to pay the $2 parking fee at the vending machine so you can park legally and respectfully.
