I purchased the anderson sectional in blush with chrome legs and I cannot explain how much I love it. The furniture is very high quality and the customer service is excellent. They didn't unpack it, put the legs on, or haul away the packaging. (to be fair it was a third party delivery that RC used and not them specifically, and they refunded my White Glove delivery fee right away) And the second thing would be that the Milo sofa is incredibly firm to sit on :( I'll have to have the seating re-stuffed somewhere local which is a pain! Rove Concepts were very helpful. Thank you! Rove has been great helping to get us the replacement part, their customer service is very efficient. The entire process from order to delivery was as expected!I ordered 6 Aubrey dining chairs because I loved the look and the quality of them. Customer service is giving us the run around with resolving this issue. Absolutely beautiful in cobalt blue. Great if you want high end stuff, but a little less expensive than crate and barrel, customer service was acrually quite good when I needed something replaced. Their couches are not cheap ikea couches after all. They assisted in getting me the correct shipping efficiently.

sadly, even the replacement of mismatched items did not match, but it was an improvement and something I realize i will need to accept as odds are I won't get a match. I was advised "up to 20% variability is to be expected."
I sent pictures and an explaination to Rove and they replaced the chair imeditately, they also told me to keep the irregular chair (which I will use at my desk) it worked out great. this makes getting matches tenuous at best, even for products ordered at the same time, made with the same wood, and described as being the same wood stain (in my case walnut stain on ash). I am a residential interior designer and would like to sell their products to my clients because the styles are great and the prices are reasonable, but if I'm going to have to deal with this headache for half of the orders, it simply isn't worth it.Rove immediately offered to replace a chair that was damaged during delivery with no questions asked - a friendly service representative made the whole process very easy. The buying process was easy - and I've already received a note saying that my shipment is being prepared to ship! The seat did not sit quite right on the frame. I broke a lamp just opening the boxes they are so big and heavy. We consistently have to follow up with Rove Concepts to find out about the status of this table. the problem is not variability in the wood, it is variability in staining. (Milo Sofa - Compact; Wishbone Counter Stools; Porter Ottoman; Winston Dining Table - 47" European Ceramic; Bennett Media Console - 55") I love their products and their member program really helps get a beautiful furniture at an affordable price point. The table is not steady, (it only takes 1 finger to make it wobble,) even after applying felt feet, and the base has some blemishes in the wood. The service was also great.Items came damaged first time and delivery date is not accurateI quite like rove. I went to several stores to sit in the original design of the womb chair and found it quite comfortable and the fabric to be great. I've been on the lookout lately as to what their new products are so I can purchase from them again. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. There is no way I can take my couch out of the box, and it turns out I also have to put on the legs. Their service reps were easily available via, phone and website. I have yet to see one piece! See business transparency About 3 weeks later than expected and only half of my order (the offer half will arrive about 1 month and 1 week after promised) I understand that these are hard times with COVID but if you promise a date you should really plan potential delays and let customers know a more accurate date from the beginning. 606 reviews for Rove Concepts, rated 4 stars.
