The low-residency model of Goddard College is highly effective for individuals already proactive in the work force or their field of interest. I am completing my first semester in the program and eagerly looking forward to starting my second. This progressive grading system promotes a healthy, friendly learning environment - everyone is willing to help one another.During the course of the semester, students mail in five packets to advisers/professors for comments and evaluation. As a pioneer in low residency programs of study, they have perfected the process. I live in Michigan. Students do no receive a letter grades - we receive written evaluations of our performance.
