In my opinion this hits all the right areas as it contains mystery, humour, crime fighting etc. It follows a simple premise and it works. Still, the charm of the show makes you grin and bear it. castle is one of those love it or hate type series. All the supporting cast are also back on form and of course Castles daughter the only adult in the household. It is simple, silly and fun. I'm christian and know you can't live in a basement and some shows are indeed trash but this one is 95% class And 5% crass for me. ... As another reviewer stated, you might as well read a synopsis of episodes 1-8 and then watch 9 & 10. This show is one of the best on TV. Justice is served eventually through the usual bouts of humour and action, and Castle getting back on side with the others of the precinct, mostly by saving Kate's life as she saves his from the murderers. Love Castle so much!! Came on time. Let's just say I'm glad I discovered this show after season 3 came out on DVD. Quality of episodes on disc were perfect and I didn't notice any problems with playback, so well done ABC. Dan. Just a few off color jokes and seems. I liked it so well I bought all 8 seasons.
