Rovers can be charged by a base platform.
Removing everything off the buggy and then placing it back on has worked multiple times tho.
Rovers are vehicles used in Astroneer that allow players to travel across the planets surfaces. That's the easiest and quickest solution for me. I felt so stupid when my tractor wouldn't move, just to realize the base didn't give it any charge immediately after printing it. To make matters worse, they all slide down hill as well, leading to minor disasters underground.
Otherwise it will just stay there.

Also noticed that the seats you can find, act different than the ones you make.

Why cant I control it when I try to drive it? Collect a few minerals, hope back on and suddenly the tractor won't move. Try save & quit and get back in the game, that solves some of these weird issues sometimes.
